GWR Consulting, a leading market research firm, is seeking freelance Mystery Shoppers in Lebanon! This is a flexible opportunity to earn money while helping businesses improve their customer service.

What You'll Do:

Visit assigned locations (at your preference) in Chekka, Batroun, Zgharta, Tripoli, Jbeil, Zahle, Bikfaya and surrounding areas.

Pose as a regular customer and evaluate the customer service experience.

Complete detailed reports on your observations.

There are two types of visits:

Purchase Visits (restaurants, spas, hotels): We reimburse you for your receipt (up to a certain amount) and the visit covers 2 or more people.

Non-Purchase Visits (car dealerships, retail stores): You'll receive a payment between $5 and $15 per visit.
